This Book is a Stand-Out…

It’s one of my favourites … 

I thought I’d share a list of some of my all-time favourite health, wellness, and mindset books … and why I love them so much.

    • Mindset by Carol Dweck. In this brilliant book, she shows how success in school, work, sports, the arts, and almost every area of human endeavour can be dramatically influenced by how we think about our talents and abilities. People with a fixed mindset–those who believe that abilities are fixed–are less likely to flourish than those with a growth mindset–those who believe that abilities can be developed.
    • Atomic Habits by James Clear. Again, super relatable advice but this is about building habits. It’s very practical and doesn’t require you to overhaul your entire life all at once. Love that!
  • Relentless by Tim S. Grover. Tim Grover has coached some of the world’s greatest athletes and made them even greater. He dives into what it takes to achieve total mental and physical domination and how to be relentless in chasing your dreams.
  • Grit by Angela Duckworth. Angela shares the true qualities that lead to achieving success and the thoughts we have in adversity are what makes all the difference-not our talent or luck.
  • Man Up by Bedros Keuilian. A must-read leadership book and it’s not just for men. Bedros has built an empire and this is his take on what it takes to be a true leader.

There’s a lot more, but that’s a solid list to get you started!
