Here’s What I Am Thankful For

I’ve got a fun little gratitude exercise for you if you’re up for it. (This could also be great to do with your family – and go around the dinner table and share!) 

Grab a pen, a piece of paper, and write down 5 things you’re grateful for.

And then write WHY you are thankful for them.

And as you write, take a moment to really feel the love for all those things! This step is super important and is great for your body AND your mind!

Gratitude allows us to celebrate the present moment and live a more fulfilling life. 

Here are a few things I’m truly grateful for: 

  1. My incredible wife and two girls bring so much happiness and meaning to my life and drive me to be better every day.
  2. My amazingly close family who I love to spend time with and learn from every day.
  3. My Clients, who inspire and motivate me daily to improve and deliver our service to change their lives.
  4. My closest mates, the bond we have developed over a seriously long time has helped shape who I am.
  5. My team, incredible people who help me deliver to our clients. Couldn’t do it without them.
