Static Stretching Sequence

Last week we presented to you our foam rolling sequence to help you release tension and massage out soreness in your muscles.

This week I want to share with you a simple full body stretching sequence you can use post exercise to bring your muscles elasticity and flexibility back. By stretching daily, you will prevent your muscles from shortening over time and causing postural issues in the future.
