Lower Back Pain? 16 Exercises To Strengthen Your Abs & Lower Back
Lower back pain is so common these days and I guess you could put it down to sedentary lifestyles and the amount of time we spend seated with poor posture.
If you suffer from lower back pain let me help you out with some exercises you can do to get that core area strong.
The core area is designed to stabilise the spine so the best way to train it is to add tension and muscle recruitment through deep breathing and anti-rotation core exercises.
No need for countless crunches or overloading the the spine.
Some of these exercises are progressions but most can be done by anyone.
These exercises are great for activating the core in your warmup, resetting in between compound lifts or using in your core conditioning sets.
