What type of sessions do you run?
Our sessions include strength training, high-intensity interval training, core, and mobility training, and boxing. This mix of training styles and modes will help to increase your stamina, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and tone, mobility and flexibility, endurance, power and agility, and decrease your body fat percentage.
What if I’m a beginner?
Every one of our members was a beginner, once! We specialise in the ‘everyday person’ wanting to get fit. Within our membership base, we have those who have been with us for 5 years and those who have only just started this week, and within that spectrum a wide range of fitness levels and capabilities. We will cater each session to each individual’s level.
How many people are in a session?
Depending on the day or time, usually, we have anywhere from 6 up to 26 people in a session.
What if I want to build muscle but not lose weight?
This will mostly depend on your nutrition. While our holistic approach to training ensures that you are improving your overall fitness and strength, your nutritional habits will dictate whether you maintain or lose bodyweight. This is something we can work with you on, with regular nutrition consultations.
How do I get started?
