The Easter Bunny Workout

So here we are on the Easter long weekend.

Have you been naughty with your food choices this weekend, or planning on having some extra chockies today just to help the kids out with their stash of eggs?

Well today I have something to help you out.

You’re more than likely not interested in hearing how those delightful little eggs are going to make you put on fat, you know that already and ultimately the choice will be yours as to how much you indulge.

I am going to give you a short workout to complete today to save your waistline and limit the damage.

Ensure you warm up prior to completing the workout and cool down using this stretching routine post workout.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15min (Target 3 rounds minimum).

50 Jumping Jacks

10 Push ups (Progression – 3 second hold at the bottom)

10 Full Body Extensions (Progression – Broad Jumps)

40 Jumping Jacks

10 Hollow Rocks (Regression – V-Sit Hold)

10 Burpees (Progression – Push up Double Burpee)

30 Jumping Jacks

100m Sprint

Walk back and repeat until time is up 🙂
