Meet Akili

After embarking on her own fitness journey, and losing over 30 kilos with Baxter Basics, Akili decided to pursue her new found love of health and fitness and become a qualified Personal Trainer herself.
Now, she has joined the team who helped change her life, and is set on helping others better their own lifestyles.

Daz started his trade because he wanted to transform people’s lives showing them that anybody can get fit and healthy you just have to get started and commit yourself.

With many transformations completed through the use of his targeted training and nutrition programs it is no wonder that his clients love training with him.

Meet Jimmy

After embarking on a weight loss transformation of his own, Jimmy studied his new found passion for health & fitness and earned his Master Trainers qualification through the Australian Institute of Fitness, as well as achieving the award of class champion.

Jimmy specialises in teaching functional fitness which includes all types of strength training, cardio, flexibility and posture. “As a trainer my number one focus as well as my passion is to ensure clients go from strength to strength and absolutely smash their health and fitness goals.”
